All charges are recurring monthly for Packages 1 & 2 and every 2 years for Package 3. Please make every effort to ensure your payment information is up to date and correct to avoid interruption of service.

TERMS OF SERVICE

Our terms are very simple and straight forward. A domain remains active on our servers with prompt payments. Should a credit card payment fail there is a 30 day grace period. If after 30 days payment is not received site files will be removed from the servers and cannot be retrieved. The only way to possibly retrieve them is through the Wayback Machine where hopefully a recent snap shot of the site was taken.

InVividhost is happy to retrieve the files from the Wayback Machine for a fee. The fee amount depends on the size of the project. This turmoil can be totally avoided with prompt payment.

Monthly expenses carry responsibilities. If the car note, morgage, rent or utilities are not paid they get taken away. And so it is with hosting service. Choose any host and the result is the same. If they don’t get paid files are ripped from their servers, essentially removing the website from the web. It’s as simple as that.
